    You can create and use dynamic sets of Sheets and/or Views based on parameter values within Ideate ExportHub to avoid the problem of missing important sheets or views, which can occur when a Revit Sheet/View set is used.

    Examples of the types of dynamic sheet sets you can create include:

    Though not as common as Sheet Lists, Dynamic View sets can be created to support export types such as IFC and NWC that typically align with selected 3d views.     Edit a Dynamic Filtered Sheet/View Set

    You can edit any of the loaded custom sheet or view set to meet your own criteria or project-specific conditions. For example, if you select the pencil next to the Sheet/View Set called “Sheet-Rev”, you will see that the Filter rule is Reported Revisions ‘has a value set’. This results in any sheet that has any revision will be included, as show in the top portion of the image.

    However, if you change the filter to Reported Revisions contains ‘tender’, the result will be that only sheets that have a revision with the word ‘tender’ will be included. Other properties can also be used for filtering. Refer to Customize Sheet/View Sets for more details.
