If you are looking to to reduce the number of warnings in your Revit project, but do not have a lot of spare time, here are a few simple examples of how to fix some of the most common Revit warnings with Ideate Explorer.

Mark and Number (for Room/Space) values are required to be unique for COBie deliverables, and can also be required as part of an owner-mandated deliverable criterion. The consequence of not resolving this warning type is between you and the person paying for the deliverable.
