The Sheet/View Sets within Ideate ExportHub are used to control which sheets and/or views will be exported from Revit, ensuring consistent deliverables. Use these features to:
To customize the Sheet/View Sets, start from the cog, as shown above, and pick Sheet/View Sets. Next, select By Filter to create new or edit existing dynamic sheet/view sets.

In the example shown below, the Sheet/View set called “Views-IFC”, which is a sample included with the software, is designed to create a dynamic list of any view that includes “IFC” in the name of the view.

Use the New button to create a new filtered sheet/view set which will dynamically update per the project conditions. A filtered set can either be view-based or sheet-based. The parameters and properties available within the new filter will be accordingly sheet- or view-based.
Select an existing view or sheet set then use the Copy button to make a duplicate. The Views-IFC sample is a copy of Views-NWC with a different Name, Description, and filter value. Both of these samples provide a great way to dynamically include any relevant views for export to IFC or NWC.
When you edit a sheet/view set you’ll be able to make changes to everything except for the “Category”. As shown below for the Views-IFC sample, there is only one filter set: View Name contains “IFC”. At the right side of the dialog, the Preview will display all views that are applicable. The Sorting fields are more useful for combined PDF creation.
You can use the Add Properties button to display additional columns within the Preview pane. When you add a property it is retained as part of the preview and is saved with the sheet/view set. When you use a filter property it’s useful to also include it in the Preview, but not required.

You can also import, export, and delete the sets within the active Revit project.
Tip: If you are already using .HUB files to transfer export standards between project please note that all the data found within the files exported here is also contained with a .HUB file.
For detailed examples of dynamic filtered sets, refer to How To...
You can also select the Revit Sets tab to access and edit the Revit sheet sets. Using Ideate ExportHub to edit a Revit sheet or view set has the added benefits of:

Revit sets that are edited in this way are saved to the Revit project but cannot be exported to another project.
