    • Sheet and View Naming Rules

    Naming Rules within Ideate ExportHub are used to control the names of the exported files, ensuring that corporate standards and client deliverables can meet expectations.

    There are two default Naming Rules included with the out-of-the-box installation of ExportHub: Sheets and Views. The choice of the Sheet/View Set impacts whether both Sheet and View Naming rules apply and display. For NWC, as an example, only View-based Naming Rules will be applicable.

    The pencil icon indicates that they can be edited directly to adjust the naming conventions. Parameters and variables (such as ‘date’) can be used as part of the file naming. To review all Naming rules, select the cog and pick Naming Rules from the menu.
