    • Export Settings

    Make the most of Ideate ExportHub by customizing exports to meet your office standards and workflows. Export Settings let you define default file locations, manage shared content, and control which export types are available. Access Export Settings by selecting the Settings (cog) icon in the upper-right corner of the ExportHub dialog.

    General

    Project Export Location

    Defines the default export location for the active Revit project. This setting is saved within the project and shared with all users. Use this field to specify where exported files will be written by default. If left blank, the default location will be Learn more: Understanding File Paths

    Location

    Defines a default local folder for your exports. This setting is stored per user and does not affect other users on the project. Learn more: Understanding File Paths

    Library Path

    Specifies the location of shared ExportHub content used when content is not available in the project, and defines the content loaded at startup. This includes Naming Rules, Packages, Sheet Sets, and View Sets.

    File Types

    Select from the listed types to control which export formats are visible and available in the user interface. Only selected types appear in Quick Export and Batch Export Package drop-down lists. For example, turning off DXF removes it from the main UI drop-down list.

    Export Setup

    Each export type includes Manage Export Setups, where you can select and manage the export configurations used for that format.

    ExportHub Supports 3 types of export setup workflows:

    All export setups can be exported and imported, making it easy to reuse configurations across projects and maintain consistent standards.
