The Settings option, found at the left side of Ideate Automation main UI is the place to define local-user default settings.

Exclude Folders

Reduce the time needed to scan the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360) for Revit live models by listing folders that can safely be ignored. By default Archive* and Consumed are listed and will cause the Refresh File List to skip any folder within any listed Hub which starts with the word “Archive” or is equal to the word “Consumed”. You can add or remove additional search terms as needed.

Library Paths

This setting determines what task scripts to show by default when creating a task. Multiple values are supported and will display as additional folders within the Create>Task Script Selection dialog.

Log Location

This path stored under the Publish setting controls the location where the logs for completed tasks are stored, preserving them beyond the execution of the next task. 

Automatic Task History Cleanup

This allows you to set variables for the automatic cleanup of older tasks. 

Home Page

The content on the Home Page is stored in an HTML format that is stored by default at this location: C:\ProgramData\Ideate\Ideate Automation\en-US\HomePage. You can change the HTML at the location or point to another folder to customize this content.
