Ideate Automation

Download and start a free trial of Ideate Automation for Revit or activate if you already have a license. The free trial lasts 15 days. Any scripts using other Ideate solutions may require those to be licensed or in trial. Automation-only scripts will be fully functional during the trial period.  

The MSI packages are shipped as part of Ideate Software Installer. The Ideate Automation MSI is located inside the “Ideate Installers” folder in the zipped package.

Please note that Ideate Automation access is not included in a standard Bundle license. Unlimited Automation access is included in Enterprise licenses.

System Requirements

Some of the built-in content requires one or more other Ideate Software products in Trial or licensed mode, such as Ideate BIMLink version 6.2 or higher.

The trial version includes access to each of the five products. Ideate Explorer, IdeateApps, and Ideate Sticky are full-functioning. Ideate BIMLink has a 25-row limit to the data export. Ideate StyleManager is limited to testing these three styles: Line Patterns, Materials and Material Appearance Asset styles.
